Questions
What is a founding member?
One of the first 200 people to sign up during the launch. While it lasts, every account gets all Pro features for free. When we switch on payments, founding members will get 50% off Pro forever, and if they follow more than 2 stocks they will not lose any, although on Free they cannot add more.
Where do the theses come from?
From free publications: Substack, fund shareholder letters, blogs, short-seller reports, X and YouTube. We always link to the original source.
Is this financial advice?
No. Thesis Almanac is an index of third-party opinions. We never recommend buying or selling any security.
How often is it updated?
The index is updated at least weekly. Pro alerts go out the same day a thesis is added.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from "Account". You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from "Account"; proration is automatic.
Can I suggest a source?
Yes, via the contact form. Go to the contact form →
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Prices are in euros and include VAT.
How do you calculate returns?
We take the closing price on the publication date (or the next trading day) against today's, and compare it with the regional benchmark. Short theses have the sign inverted. Returns are price-only, excluding dividends, in local currency. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Method →
What are "Trending stocks"?
Tickers with 3 or more new theses within 7 days. They appear on the home page, and Pro members also get an email alert.
What are "Sector Deep Dives"?
An index of free research on whole sectors, linked to the stocks they mention. Anyone can browse it. With Pro you can follow up to 5 sectors and get new pieces weekly.
How is the Top 5 picked?
An AI model scores every new thesis from 1 to 10 on depth, rigor (valuation, risks, catalysts, variant view), source quality and clarity, always with the same public rubric. We pick the week's best 5, at most one per author. It is not investment advice. See the rubric →
Not investment advice. Thesis Almanac only aggregates and links to third-party opinions; it does not verify them or recommend buying or selling any security, and their authors may hold positions.
